Biography

Dr. Monica Ravi is an avid researcher who is extremely interested in exploring the dynamics of human behaviour. This has led her to research on Employee Engagement and has enabled to publish in Scopus Indexed journals. She has won best paper awards in various national and international conferences.  Other areas that interest her are Mindfulness, workplace bullying, HR Analytics and metrics, work place politics among others.
