•  Presently on board as Director in Revathi Equipment Limited., Coimbatore.
• My final full time assignment was with Bradken India Private Limited., (Hitachi Group) as Vice President-Human Resources in a global role of Capability Development-APAC from July 2015 t0 May 2021.
• Employed in PRICOL, Coimbatore from January 2013 to June 2015an Automotive Ancillary as General Manager –HR. Actively played a role in engaging people and bridging the gap between Management and Unions.
• Part of Suzlon Group, from April 2011 to January 2013 Heading-HR for its Electrical division. Extensively involved in Business Restructuring activities managing multiple Industrial unrest.
•  Worked for Delphi-TVS Diesel Systems Ltd., manufacturer of Diesel Fuel Injection Systems Chennai as Assistant General Manager (Human Resources), from October 2007 to April 2011. Contributed to Operational HR and Development of resources.
• Started career with L G Balakrishnan & Bros. Ltd., Coimbatore as a Trainee and progressed to the level of Head of Human Resources at corporate level. An Auto Component Manufacturer and a market leader in transmission products (ROLON Brand) Spent a long time from Jan1986 to Sep 2007.
