Profile

PugazhNaavarasi has four years of academic and research experience. During her research tenure she has successfully completed several projects in the area of Finance and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s in both Business Administration and Commerce. She is pursuing her Doctoral Research on Environmental Social Governance on the Financial Performance of Indian Textile Industry at St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), under Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. She has also presented over 16 papers in National and International conferences across India. She has published eight papers in International and National journals and attended over fifteen workshops in management and research methodology.
